These online classes are a unique community experience. You choose whether to leave your video on or not, but when you do, it is as close to the studio experience as you can get without having to drive to the studio.
All online classes can be accessed live at the time class is taking place, and all times are in the Pacific time zone. After each class, the recording is posted and sent out to anyone who has signed up! So whether you can be there or not in real time, you get a great workout.
Each class is a different combination of strength training and mindfulness, taking a mindfulness theme such as Being Present to Your Movement, Testing Can’t, Self-Compassion, Play, and more from the beginning of the class through to the meditation. My philosophy of connecting mind and body is what links each one of these classes.
- Stoking Radiance Online – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:00am Pacific: Stoking Radiance is a 30 minute LIVE online class helping you get fit in both mind and body. Each class includes 20 minutes of bodyweight, no equipment strength training, followed by a meditation and stretch. Sign up for classes here.
- Integrated Strength Online – Tuesdays, 9-10am Pacific: This is a 60 minute long full body strength class, including exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells or resistance tubing, and includes stretching and a meditation. Sign up for classes here.
- Integrated Strength Blended (Both online and in-person): Thursdays, 9:00-10:00am: This is 60 minute strength class in the same format as Integrated Strength Online, except that it takes place at my studio in Mountain View, CA, AND online via Zoom.
Personal Training: I am also available for some Personal Training sessions. You choose either a 30 minutes or 1 hour format and we design a program to help you achieve your personal goals.
