Stillness

In this age of constant transformation, one of the hardest things to do is to create moments of stillness. Stillness can take many forms: being quiet in nature, feeling your breath in meditation, stopping to breathe in the middle of a busy day, journaling, lunch with a friend, a long walk.

As with movement, stillness can give us insights into the work that we are doing. It takes us into new depths. We get to know ourselves better in stillness.
