It’s hard to make movement a priority. It seems like there are so many other things that are more important.

What if you found your inspiration for your next project as you challenged yourself physically? What if, by strengthening your body, you were able to relax into your creative flow?

We believe that we need to join a gym or take an hour out of our day to make this time. But actually, it does not need to be so hard. You can be active for 15 minutes and see the benefits of exercise. Find something convenient and enjoyable and try it out during your lunch break. Experiment and see what happens to your state of mind when you do!

Sara addresses the foundations of building muscle through a challenging full body strength workout and cardio complement, while also weaving in mindfulness practices – integrating the strength of mind and body. Expect to get stronger in body and mind no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
